Hi, I’m Laura.

I’m passionate about using breath + movement, along with meditation, reflection + introspection, to create balance every day.

My mission is to inspire others to deepen their self-awareness, develop intuitive practices + realize their inner strength — using therapeutic yoga + mindfulness as tools to lead more productive, more energized, and more fulfilled lives.

 

 

THIS IS MY STORY.

As a former change management consultant, I've both experienced and observed the stress-induced anxiety that can prevent you from living a vibrant life. I've experienced the physical and mental exhaustion that stems from a lack of balance, and leaves you overwhelmed and burnt out. I have been there—right where you may be now—and I can tell you, there is a better way to approach each day.

Through focusing on intentional habits and practices that center you on a daily basis, and prioritizing your mind-body connection, you, too, can find your inner strength.
