Center + Breathe is a three-part therapeutic yoga series led by Laura Hanson. The goal of the series is to strengthen the mind-body connection, help students connect with their inner wisdom, and create opportunities for powerful energetic shifts. Each class of the series can be taken separately, though students will benefit most from participating in the entire progression. The series is designed to accommodate all levels.
Class 3: Reflect
The third class in the series focuses on using reflection, introspection, and meditation to release stagnant thought patterns and set powerful intentions for personal growth.
Students will flow through mindful, intuitive movements before settling into more grounding postures.
The practice will conclude with a powerful Yoga Nidra experience and journaling exercise to enable self-discovery, expansion, and integration.
